A high-speed chase, this was not, but that didn’t stop the driver from trying. The North Charleston Police Department in South Carolina says it responded to an alarm. When they arrived at the location, they noticed property damage and this excavator creeping away from the scene. Officers attempted to make a traffic stop, but the excavator kept on going, although they never lost sight of it. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
