SOUNDBITE (English) Gwyneth Paltrow – on how she”s changed since she last worked with Matt Damon on "The Talented Mr Ripley":
"Oh, gosh, I mean a lot and not at all. You know what I mean? I think, well obviously, I have kids. I”ve grown up a lot, I”ve lived a lot more, I”ve been through a lot more but I think essentially there are parts of us that really remain the same throughout our lives but it was really nice to get back together with Matt (Damon) and talk about old times. It was fun."
SOUNDBITE (English) Gwyneth Paltrow – on how this role suited her family commitments:
"This was kind of perfect for me because I”m a Mom at home and I don”t like to go away very much and it was just a small part. I got to go to Hong Kong for a few days, Chicago for a few days, work with Steven Soderbergh and Matt Damon again. It was wonderful, it was a great experience."
SOUNDBITE (English) Gwyneth Paltrow – on whether working on this film made her more conscious cleaning her hands:
"About ten years ago there was an article in the New York Observer about where they sent a scientist out to swab surfaces of everything in New York and my brother read it and became obsessed. So for ten years or more I”ve been aware that there”s stuff on everything and there”s germs everywhere. So I”ve always been, since he read that article, a little bit of a hand washer, so this didn”t make me more in Howard Hughes direction."
