Building partially collapses as flash floods hit West Virginia

A residential building in Fairmont, West Virginia, partially collapsed as flash flooding hit parts of the state. Initial reports indicated no one was injured, although several deaths were reported in other parts of the state.

The devastating flash flooding and heavy rains prompted West Virginia Gov. Patrick Morrisey to declare a state of emergency on Sunday.
