The office of Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu says twenty-four people were killed in Iran’s latest barrage of strikes on the country.
Dozens more have been injured after multiple missiles made it past Israel’s air defense systems. Loud explosions were heard in multiple cities, including Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Fires have been seen at sites near the port city of Haifa, including the main power plant. Search and rescue efforts are underway.
