In South Sudan and Gaza, two for-profit U.S. companies led by American military vets are delivering aid in operations backed by the South Sudanese and Israeli governments. Humanitarian ground Oxfam has raised an alarm, saying that the use of contractors "blurs the line between humanitarian assistance and military objectives".
