Iran and Israel launched further strikes as a hospital in southern Israel was damaged and nuclear sites were targeted in Iran.
Dozens of people were injured in Israel after several areas of the country was hit overnight – prompting Israel’s defence minister, Israel Katz, to say that Iran’s supreme leader Ali Khamenei "can no longer be allowed to exist”.
Israeli forces say they have attacked Iran’s nuclear sites, including the Arak heavy water reactor and the Natanz uranium enrichment plant.
According to the Washington DC-based group Human Rights Activists, around 585 people have been killed in Iran by Israel’s attacks since the conflict started last Friday.
The Israeli military says Iran has launched 450 ballistic missiles and hundreds of drones since Friday, killing 24 people in Israel.
