2. SOUNDBITE (English) Al Aguilar, protestor:
"Well, I didn’t come for the first week after Friday, mainly because of due process. Like, I see only one news person, that’s you, right here, right now. But during that time, there was so many newscasts showing all the destruction, like you see behind us, and people getting arrested, firebombs, everything like that going on. I feel this is the time to talk to people, the ones that are not violent like that. I know, I’m sure they have feelings, but when they’re showing them in a strict manner, their voices are silent, though they’re loud, a lot of people, their voices silent because people are only looking at what they’re doing. Sometimes it’s the quiet ones that people listen to."

4. SOUNDBITE (English) Al Aguilar, protestor:
"As far as immigration, that’s what, it’s a president the United States voted for, the people voted for the majority. And if this is what they want, then this is a policy they’re going toward. Like the sign I did, due process, that’s all, if they have due process in what they’re doing, if this is what they want to do, then it should be done with due process not illegal and by the Constitution and due process."

And then I was seeing him in the cell when he calls me telling me I want my family back. It’s just, it doesn’t add up, you know? It doesn’t really add up. And I tried my best to take care of my mom because my mom is an immigrant. I’ll be sad if they take my Mom. I’ll heartbroken, right?"
