US President Donald Trump has rebuffed US media, citing leaked reports from the Pentagon suggesting America’s strikes on Iran fell far short of destroying the country’s nuclear program. His administration says that the program was ‘obliterated’ in the weekend attacks. This, as a ceasefire between Israel and Iran appears to be holding after a very shaky start. Iran and Israel confirmed the truce shortly after firing salvos of missiles at each other. Both sides now claim to have won the war.
