Jeffrey Dahmer killed his first victim just weeks after graduating from high school in 1978. By the time he was arrested in 1991, the serial killer known as the Milwaukee Monster was responsible for over a dozen horrific murders of young men. Convicted of 15 homicides in 1992, he was given 15 life sentences. But Dahmer served only a small fraction of that time; he was killed in prison by a fellow inmate in 1994.
