Ukraine is under the heaviest Russian air assaults since the start of the war, Russia has fired hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles, forcing residents of the capital Kyiv and other cities to spend their nights in air raid shelters. Just as Ukraine is facing one of its most difficult moments since the full-scale invasion, the United States has been keeping it guessing. After the Pentagon said last week that it would pause some arms shipments, President Trump is now saying the US WILL be supplying some weapons. What kind of damage has this uncertainty caused?
