"I usually have 12 or 13 people, or the crew, maybe 16, 17 people. So that’s like 18, 19, 20 hotels, air flights, you know. So it’s kind of cool to go out there and like, you know, just go out the area without the band and get to exercise this new muscle and get know people. People get to know me, it’s more about that. But I always like to make jokes about going out there and saving money, you know, but at the same time I just always really admired comedians that could walk out with a glass of water and tell these stories and have people listen to them. So it was kind of good because I tell all these stories anyway at the studio, they’re my friends. So a lot of people know these stories, but just to put them all together and come to an audience and go, okay, this is the real me."
