A 911 dispatcher called an Ohio grandmother and told her she was "the dumbest person to call this police department on a repeated basis." Karen Clinton says she is something of a neighborhood watchdog in her hometown outside Cleveland. Over the years, she has called the police many times to report on various issues like cars speeding down the block. Clinton called the police 183 times in the last 15 years. The dispatcher says she called Clinton on her last day on the job.
