A heartbreaking discovery was made in a southern California parking lot over the weekend. The body of a little boy, believed to be between 3 and 5 years old, was found in Panorama City. Now, that community is coming together to mark the young life lost. A vigil was held, and a makeshift memorial was set up near where he was found, with signs, stuffed animals, and candles. One Panorama City resident told KCBS, "We want justice. We want to know what happened."
