There is growing concern for President Donald Trump’s health after a C-Span cameraman spotted a peculiar circle on his hand. He zoomed in to reveal a patch of make up covering a bruise. Adding to the medical mystery, Trump was seen over the weekend appearing to have swollen ankles. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt read out a letter from the White House physician Thursday. She said that chronic venous insufficiency was found after ultrasounds were performed on the president.
