The man convicted of kidnapping and killing Etan Patz will get a new trial. The shocking decision was made by a Federal Appeals court in New York this week. Pedro Hernandez was convicted in the 1979 disappearance of Patz, 6, and was sentenced in 2017 to 25 years in prison. At the time, the verdict brought to a close one of the most well-known cold cases in the country. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
