A teenager was carried up a beach after he was bitten by a shark. He was on a surfboard with his feet dangling in the water when he was yanked off by the beast. Lifeguards tried to get information about the shark.18-year-old surfing instructor Sam Hallis tells Inside Edition about the moment the shark’s teeth clamped down on his foot. The nightmare occurred in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, known as the shark-bite capital of the world.
