Man Arrested for Allegedly Making 7 IEDs and Storing Some on NYC Rooftops

A New York man is accused of creating at least seven improvised explosive devices and storing them on rooftops in the upscale SoHo neighborhood. The US Attorney’s office says Michael Gann, 55, faces federal charges of attempted destruction of property by means of explosives, transportation of explosive materials and possession of destructive devices.
