Video shows a mail carrier take out what appears to be a can of pepper spray and fire towards a cat. Chris Commander owns Xena, the 15-year-old cat. He says he confronted the postal worker who denied spraying Xena. Commander says Xena has a great relationship with the regular mailman, but this mailman was a fill-in. Veterinarian Timna Lee spoke with Inside Edition. The post office says, "We are currently reviewing this incident and will take appropriate action based on the results."
