"We’ve focused on technological solutions to speed up the turnaround of the planes between trips, reducing the duration of use of the taxiway or runway, and this is through the application of some smart solutions, and we are working on developing them. At the same time, if we look at it from the human resources side, we depend on human resource scheduling during peak times. For example, if we talk about the suitcases. We have the best baggage (delivery) rates in the world. Our success rate is more than 99%.”

Dubai Airport is experiencing a surge in passenger numbers, with more people passing through in the first half of 2025.
A record-breaking 46 million passengers travelled through the airport in the first half of 2025, a 2.3% growth that comes despite significant challenges, including widespread airspace closures across the Middle East due to the war between Israel and Iran in June.
