Reality TV star Kate Gosselin announced she is going back to work as a nurse. She revealed to her fans that she is working as a pediatric home care nurse. Gosselin was featured in "Jon & Kate Plus 8." After she and Jon got divorced, Gosselin was on "Dancing With the Stars." Many of her fans are wondering why, after such fame, she is working 12 hour days as a nurse. Gosselin says it was to provide for her kids, college funds, and lawyers for her split from Jon in 2009.
