"Coca-Cola floats, so basically, Coca-Cola here. Soda right here. Ice cream over here, mix it over here."

"So for a long time, Coca Cola was basically gave us all the syrup for the drinks like that. They wanted us to go away from our thing over here–the fountain thing, but we didn’t want to do that. Yeah. Now because where they love us, they love us around the world now. They say you’re Coke, you’re our Coca Cola. You’re the original thing and uh they come around the world to, to sample and drink and uh enjoy the way it was done originally."

"The most popular drinks that we have right now is for us right now is a Coca Cola float, which is we make it– again the Coca-Cola we blend it and then at the end we put in the ice cream– a nice dollop of ice cream right on top. And it’s I mean, people around the world go crazy for us and it’s been fantastic."

(Reporter: How do you make your own syrup?)
"So we think a cocoa powder and we have a lot of sugar, a lot of sugar, and then water blended together. Takes about an hour boiling or simmering and just let it cool and that and that’s basically it.
(Reporter: It’s a gorgeous thick consistency.)
"Yeah , right , very nice."

"We put it in the mixer that’s been around from 1940. Make sure it’s nice and stir, and we figure out, we can hear it. We can look at it, then it’s ready to go".
