(Reporter: "Now, so many comedians are here tonight. You know, we tend to think, especially from the roast, that it’s a very combative relationship, but it’s really just the opposite. Tell me how that is.")
"Well, comedians are like brothers and sisters. It’s like a tribe. You know, the gigs come and go, but it’s the friendships we make along the way that sustain us through our careers. And I invited all the comics here tonight because I wanted to keep that feeling going and make people respect and understand the art form of comedy."
