"We asked around what Kiruna people would like to eat, and they said Subway, and we go, ah, Subway, no. Actually we should make a sandwich, but with local products. So we’re thinking reindeer and moose, because it’s easy to get the meat.”

"The problem, because I was not from here, I didn’t know that reindeer is like the most expensive meat we have in Sweden. So now we have mine workers who want to get full with big portions of the most expensive meat we have in Sweden, with no vegetables to fill it up with. So now we are the most expensive food truck in Europe, it costs like 25 bucks to eat here, and then you have to get full.”
