Pakistan says it’s evacuated around 300,000 more people from flood-hit regions in recent days, after alerts from neighboring India.
India warned its neighbor that it was releasing water from overflowing dams and rivers, adding to Pakistan’s problems. Widespread flooding has devastated parts of northern India and Pakistan.
Dozens have died in the disaster, with more than a million displaced.
