Russia has carried out its biggest aerial assault on Ukraine since the war began. Starting on Sunday morning, Moscow fired hundreds of drones and missiles at targets across the Ukraine, killing at least four people, and hitting one of Kyiv’s main government buildings for the first time. European leaders said the assault proved Vladimir Putin is not willing to negotiate peace, while US President Donald Trump said he was ready to impose a second stage of sanctions against Moscow.
