European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen will deliver her "State of the Union" address. The address will outline the European Union’s main priorities and initiatives for the upcoming year and highlight its successes and challenges from the past year.
The annual State of the Union address to the European Parliament begins at 0700 GMT.
