This system has four key features: it can be built in modular production, easily deployed in large numbers, launched with mobility, and it is a weapon system with collaborative combat capability. What I want to emphasize is, first, this is a joint development between Taiwan and the United States, and second, the technology is being transferred from the U.S. and will be manufactured locally in Taiwan."
