“I’ve started to notice more and more Deaf actors. There was a show ‘Echo’ on Marvel and quite a few other shows that had deaf actors and I feel like next year there’s going to be even more. So there are opportunities opening up and it’s just really nice to increase awareness and recognition of deaf culture in American Sign Language and we have so many stories to tell and we so much to say. This is just the beginning.”
