Super typhoon Ragusa: Officials warn of ‘catastrophic large-scale disaster | DW News

Much of Southeast Asia is on alert for Super typhoon Ragasa. The Chinese city of Shenzhen has begun evacuating 400,000 people. In Taiwan, schools and offices have closed. The storm has already struck the Philippines with winds of more than 200 kilometres an hour. Daily life has come to standstill, with thousands forced to leave their homes.
