“We are going to prepare a Negroni using the traditional recipe with Bulldog Gin, Red Vermouth of the Professore, and Campari bitter. The measurements are the same for each ingredient. We start with 30 ml of gin, followed by 30 ml of Red Vermouth of the Professore, we add 30 ml of our Campari bitter. We then pour our cocktail directly over ice.”
