Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is in the United States for the UN. General Assembly, and is due to hold talks later today with Donald Trump at the White House. The two leaders are seen as having a good rapport — which Erdogan is hoping will help land him a key weapons deal. But Erdogan is less likely to move Trump on another issue dear to him — pressuring Israel to end its war in Gaza. Our Istanbul correspondent Julia Hahn takes a closer look at the two leaders’ relationship.
