Planemaker ‘Boom’ hopes to revive supersonic travel | DW Business

American Airlines agreed to buy 20 Overture jets from Boom Supersonic. The Overture, which is still years away from flying, promises to take passengers from London to New York in about three and a half hours. It has been nearly 20 years since the last supersonic passenger flight by Concorde.
