State Department spokesman Ned Price held a briefing on Monday after the U.S. ordered families of U.S. embassy staff in Kyiv, Ukraine, to leave the country and authorized some U.S. government employees to depart due to the potential of Russian military action. The U.S. is weighing sending troops to Eastern Europe to bolster NATO allies amid rising tensions between Russia and Ukraine, a Pentagon official told CBS News.
