Trump’s executive orders raise concerns over presidential power

Democrats and several Republicans have raised concerns over the four executive orders extending COVID-19 economic relief President Trump signed Saturday. Democrats called them unconstitutional and ineffective, some Republicans said they prefer that Congress legislate on these issues and not the executive branch. POLITICO reporter Caitlin Emma joins Hari Sreenivasan with more.
