Video Shows Tesla Model 3 Crashing into Building in Columbus

Surveillance video shows a Tesla Model 3 flying into a convention center at high speed in Columbus, Ohio on May 4. No one was seriously hurt. According to reports, Frantz Jules, 63, was charged with failure to control his vehicle. Jules allegedly told police the brakes failed.
